I’ve known Russel since childhood.Grew up in the same street, went to all the same schools, played in the same football teams, spent all our school summer holidays playing cricket and mucking about. Saw each other quite a lot as grown ups before moving abroad. Always got along with Russ...a very nice person who will be sadly missed but will live on in my many happy memories of our times together. His old friend John
